Tail Full Floating Hose Fittings: End connections built in during manufacture. ASME B 16.5 Class 150lb or 300lb Weld Neck Flat Face or Raised Face on request.
Tail Full Floating Hose Tests: All tests according to GMPHOM 2009 and Customer detail.

In addition to the quality control tests that the Manufacturer will have in place for compounds and materials listed in the following table, the following Material Tests should be conducted every three months. | The adhesion strength between all composite plies of the hose Body will be determined by peel testing in accordance with ISO 36 using strip test pieces. The measured adhesion strength will be not less than 6 N/mm. | Adhesion tests will also be conducted on the integral buoyancy medium at three monthly intervals. The sample will have a minimum internal diameter of 300 mm and will be at least 500 mm long. |
